Probably 64x64 OR 128x128.

May be you can start with something & put it up on the ML & someone 
might pick it up & improve on it. (Like what you did with your idea in 
the first place)

If you send something to get things started I might get 'inspired' to 
improve on it (although I'm desperately overworked at the moment.)

Simply make sure you use Inkscape & save it as SVG so anyone can edit 
what you did.
